CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards/Gift Vouchers once ordered cannot be cancelled.

    Cancellations will be considered only on Gift Cards, if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been process for shipping. Giftcards2you does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items.If you find that the wrong Gift Card has been delivered to you, contact us immediately in order to get the issue resolved.You can return the entire package (with the Gift Card intact & unused) within a period of 7 days in order to get replacement. We have a no-refund policy what so ever.You should notify us immediately if you find that the delivered package has been tampered with or soiled in any way so that it can be replaced.
